Refund policy

Return Policy:

  • All Returns/Refund for all related to damage/defect/Qty issue/description mismatch are eligible for return but within 7 Days from Delivery.

  • The product should be one time installed and not being used on regular basis.

  • Supporting for any issue is mandatory to take a decision.

  • All Replacement/Refunds will be processed only after product is received back to us and quality check is cleared.

  • Any product returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; in this case parts and accessories will not be replaced or refunded and will be returned back to buyer without rendering a reason.

  • Any return where customers don't like the product even if the description is correct will not be entertained.

Note :-Galio team has right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis depending upon the supporting shared by the customer.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 3 to 7 business days

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are only applicable for eligible cancellations (as per the cancellation policy).

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their bookings within 24 hours of order confirmation.

After 24 hours, cancellations will no longer be allowed.


Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only offered for damaged items; customers must contact the customer care team with proof of damage within 2 days of purchase. If exchange is approved, the exchanged order will be delivered within 7 business days. If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 3  to 7 business days.
