Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement.

In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

No, We are not   accepting returns after the time period mentioned in the our Returns Policy.

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

1. Log into your Galio account

2. Go to My Orders

3. Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return or exchange

4. Fill in the details and raise a return request

Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details.

Our Return’s policies don’t support the return of item(s) ordered wrongly.

You cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. You need to call to us and if the order is not yet shipped we can try to help with the new address as per courier services availability for the new location.

If something went wrong and you receive damage products, Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please have your order number available. Kindly keep the packaging material of the product and also try to take images and share the same to us so that we can investigate the issue. We will process the replacement/refund for the same as soon as we receive back the damaged product.

You should receive an order confirmation shortly. Please expect your order to be processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order’s tracking number. The shipping time will vary from location and mode of transport depending on the product weight.

Please make sure to check your email’s spam folder first before contacting Customer Service. Please have your order number available.

We accept both Prepaid and COD (Cash on Delivery) Payment mode. COD is optional and depends on product type and amount . All prepaid payments are securely processed through Payment Gateway
